SHIPPING and PACKAGING

Packaging -

All items are inspected prior to being shipped. We do our best to ensure they are packaged properly. Please see below if it should arrive damaged.

Shipping -

You will receive a tracking number as long you as provide your email.  Items are usually shipped out within 3 business days of placing your order (excluding holidays and weekends).

Once items have been shipped,we will provide you with an estimated delivery date but the actual delivery date is in the hands of the post office.

NOTE - Custom made orders do not apply to this. We will discuss this with you at the initial consultation.  

SHIPPING /PACKAGING COSTS -

Orders of $30 or more - get FREE shipping

(except during special promotions)

Orders $29.99 and under - flat rate $5.00

EXCEPTIONS to shipping time - 

Special/custom made orders - these are individually hand made and the time to complete - depends on the item. Therefore please allow for this additional timing. This will be discussed with the customer during the ordering process. 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS
We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom made orders.
 
NOT DAMAGED ITEMS
1 - RETURNS - Must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped to you. Buyer is responsible for paying the costs of mailing it back to the store.  A tracking number is required. As long as the item arrives undamaged - we will provide a full refund of the product only. Refunds will be provided within 2 business days via paypal. 
2 - EXCHANGES - Buyer is responsible for covering the costs to send back the unwanted item. Once the item is received back and is not damaged - the new item will be mailed - at no extra cost to the buyer. Exchanges must be of equal value or less.

DAMAGED ITEMS -
DISCLAIMER - HAND MADE items may have minor imperfections. We make every effort to make it as perfect as possible. We are not a MASS PRODUCING type of company, which makes us unique.  Minor imperfections do not qualify as damaged.
1 -  You must submit your claim within 3 business days of receiving your item ... no exceptions! This excludes holidays.
2 - You will need to send a photo of the damage via text or facebook messenger.
3 - Once a photo is received - a determination will be made if it is eligible for a refund or have another one made. Keep in mind no 2 items are exactly alike since these are HAND MADE.
4 -  Items damaged due to customer mishap (drop it, not following product directions, etc.).... Sawgrass Acres is not held responsible.  
 ALSO NOTE -
   For items damaged during shipping - we will attempt to file the claim with the PO on your behalf. If the PO doesn't accept the claim from us, it will need to be filed by you.
   If it is filed by you - you will need to provide us proof of the claim. 
  After the claim has been filed a determination will be made - full or partial refund, exchange, or it did not qualify for either. 
SPECIAL ORDERS - PAYMENTS

All special orders require 50% of the estimated sub total to be paid PRIOR to starting the order (this is non refundable once we start making the item). The remaining balance must be paid in full before the product is shipped.  ​We ONLY hold items for 7 days, if payment in full has not been received, it will be considered abandoned.
